Sun 30th July: Lytham Hall Classic show:

Thanks to everyone who turned out to make it one of if not the best show we have put on! Weather held out with sunshine despite earlier forecasts as well. For those who couldn't make it, we had 28 bikes on show, our stand had a IOM TT theme with flags/ TT course memorabilia, photo history of the TT display a 1950's TT film show in a "cinema" gazebo all day which was very popular. We also had a genuine Les Graham Slippery Sam replica, a Barry Sheene replica triple and a Mike Hailwood Honda 500-4 replica, something for everyone!.............Unfortunately, the organisers decided before hand that we couldn't be allowed to win the best club stand award for another year so we weren't in the judging! But WE all know we should have won!

Sun 21st May: Dunsop Bridge Run: New Route!!

Great day in spite of the low numbers, everyone agreed the new route was a really enjoyable run around the lanes.
6 of us set off from Scorton to Oakenclough, unfortunately Chris's head gasket blew so he had to bail out & limp home, from Oakenclough to Bleasdale & then Chipping, in Chipping following the Wild Boar Park signs we then ended up at Dunsop Bridge Village hall for cake & tea (£1 for a POT of tea & £1 for piece of cake!!), From Dunsop to Glasson via Jubillee Tower, Quernmore & Cockerham. More tea later we made our way home at about 1:30pm about 43 miles in total. All voted one for next year!
